These terms form a legal and binding agreement between you as the user and cr1 as the platform operator. Users under 18 years old are not allowed to register or use any services on the cr1 platform. Account Creation & Security

Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice. - Providing false information may result in immediate account closure

Platform Usage Rules
Cr1 users must comply with all usage rules. Any violations may result in disciplinary action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure.
Major Prohibitions
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technical methods to manipulate betting or game systems
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity forgery, or money laundering through the platform
- Collaborating with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or gain unfair advantages
- Accessing the platform from regions or jurisdictions where online betting services are prohibited
- Abusing promotions, bonuses, or offers in ways that violate the stated terms
- Using someone else’s account or allowing another person to use your account
Cr1 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activities and take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities if necessary.
MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on cr1 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). cr1 supports various local payment methods including DuitNow, Boost, and online bank transfers. Users are responsible for ensuring their payment account name matches their registered cr1 account name.
Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions
- Deposit: All confirmed deposits are final. Any mistaken deposits cannot be refunded once processed.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification and security checks. cr1 may request supporting documents before approving withdrawals.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by cr1 and may change periodically without prior notice.
- Processing time: Processing times depend on the payment method selected and the policies of the respective banks.
- Bonuses & Promotions: All bonuses are subject to separate rollover requirements. Withdrawal of bonus funds before meeting these conditions is not permitted.
Cr1 is not liable for any delays or failures in transactions caused by third-party issues such as banks or payment providers.

Cr1 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users due to platform use, including loss of funds caused by technical failures, service interruptions, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee of continuous availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cr1 platform—including logos, interface design, text, images, software code, and brand names—are the exclusive property of cr1. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any content for commercial or public purposes without written permission from cr1.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cr1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
- Fraud, system manipulation, or suspected/confirmed illegal activities
- User-initiated account closure request
- Instructions from relevant authorities
If an account is closed due to violations, any remaining funds may be withheld pending internal investigation by cr1.

The cr1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. cr1 is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Users access external sites or services at their own risk.
Amendments to Terms & Applicable Law
